Mr. You Hsien-Pang established Kwang Hwa Hand Papermaking Factory to produce deed paper, core paper, and hair-curbl paper, etc.

The factory was changed the name as Shin Kwang Hwa Paper MFG Co., Ltd. And purchase our first set of paper machine instead of hand made.

1969

Shin Kwang Hwa was moved to the present address, and we increased to purchase No2 of paper machine to produce special cotton paper.

Taipei branch office was established.
